  • Any changes related to formatting are free.
  • Typo fixes are also free.
  • For bigger changes or updates we charge $15/hour.
  • We just ask that you review your whole book and send the changes as a commented PDF or one list.

  • It takes up to 4 working days to format your Book.
  • We also offer an urgent project option which takes up to 2 days. An additional urgency-fee applies.

Yes! If your book didn't turn out how you've imagined it, we will work with you until you're happy with our work, or refund your money.

  • We offer 20% off if you order both the eBook and Print formatting.
  • If 10 or more orders are placed at once by the same client, an additional 10% discount applies.
  • We are also open to further negotiate our prices with publishers that have a large volume of books for us.

Any! You can send your manuscript in Word, InDesign, ODT, RTF, PDF, etc...
  • Your book should be in one file (if your book's chapters are in different files please copy-paste them into one file).
  • If you're sending a PDF, you should also include it's source-file (like Word, InDesign etc.) if possible.
  • If you're sending your book in InDesign, please make sure you include the 'Package' so we have the fonts, images, and other dependecies.
    (to package a book in InDesign go to the File menu, and select 'Package', then zip the generated folder before sending it)

  • After you log in you'll be able to start a new project and upload any related files. OR
  • You can send us a file-sharing link, like DropBox, GoogleDrive, OneDrive etc. OR
  • In the dashboard use our File Storage. A new tab will open where you can upload your files directly to our servers. No file-size limit.
